Dr. Robert H. Meehan--Emeritus

Bob is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years experience in compensation, benefits and performance management. He has held senior leadership roles in major organizations in the high technology, consumer electronics, electric utility and financial services industries.

Bob has helped organizations develop and manage a variety of plans, including incentive plans for sales, management, and executive teams, traditional and broadband pay plans, stock option and perquisite plans, performance management and merit pay plans, defined contribution plans, and a comprehensive cafeteria benefit plan.

Bob has held leadership positions for ASML, Philips Electronics, New York Power Authority and Citigroup. Bob has served on the faculties of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and WorldatWork. He is currently a faculty member with Grand Canyon University's Ken Blanchard College of Business and Ottawa University's business school. 

Bob holds a Doctorate Degree in Business from Pace University’s, Lubin School of Business. He has an MA Degree in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University and BA Degree in Social Science from Montclair State University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (AACSB National Honor Society), Delta Mu Delta (National Honor Society in Business Administration,) and Psi Chi (National Honor Society in Psychology. .

He is a member of WorldatWork and served as a national committee chair and on their Board of Directors. He also served on SHRM’s Compensation and Benefits Committee. He is a founding member and serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Total Rewards Association. Bob is a Certified Benefits Professional and a Certified Compensation Professional.
