Our focus is on assisting clients develop HR policies that “fit” with the business strategy and organization values and is based on a belief that leadership’s actions create the organization’s culture. Policies are intended to embody sound corporate governance principles and provide guidance to managers and employees in creating and maintaining an ethical and sustainable organization.

For those clients that have policies in place our reviews are focused on assessing policies in terms of leadership’s desired culture, business objectives and sound corporate governance principles. Of course, policies need to comply with relevant legal requirements.
